Hungarian lighting company Tungsram bought a 61-percent stake in vintoCON, which develops the facility management software ArchiFM. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The company will be rebranded as Tungsram Innovative Solutions. Founder Adam Korbuly will remain a minority stakeholder in the company. “With the help of Tungsram, ArchiFM will be able to expand across the border, and the knowledge we gain internationally can be brought back home to strengthen the foundation of our knowledge base locally, contributing to the development of the Hungarian software industry,” said Korbuly.
