Santa Monica, Calif.-based Turner Multifamily Impact Fund has purchased the Villas at Lauderhill for $44.75 million. The 405 unit property sits on a 26.5 acre site at 2360 N.W. 56th Ave. in Lauderhill and traded for slightly less than $110,495 per unit. West Palm Beach-based Priderock Capital Partners acquired the property out of forclosure in 2008 after suffering extensive damage from Hurricane Wilma in 2006. Priderock completed a series of structural repairs within two months of signing the deed.
