Tuscan Gardens appoints Core Construction for senior living contract

Core Construction has been selected by the Tuscan Gardens Group to build a $45 million senior living center the Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast. Located half a mile south of Palm Coast Parkway on Grand Haven, the new center will have three buildings for assisted living, independent living and memory care with 263 beds in 210 units. The 190,000 square foot project will begin in spring 2016 with plans for a late 2016-early 2017 opening. The architect is Baker Barrios Architects Inc. of Orlando, where Tuscan Gardens Group LLC is also based.
