A new residential and business complex will be built in Tuzla, the third largest city in Bosnia. The new Crystalico complex, valued at €500m, will go up on a site that used to house the city’s former steel factory. In addition to residential and business components, the scheme will also include restaurants, saloons and playgrounds for children. Construction is scheduled to break ground later this year with completion to take five years.
