TVO Europe Property Services has been appointed property and facility manager of River Diamond, a high-profile residential project in Prague 8-Karlín developed by Real Estate Karlin Group. The contract became valid in September.
“Given our extensive experience in managing a number of high-profile residential projects, including Central Park Praha in Prague 3, we are confident that we can provide the residents of River Diamond the very best service,” said Lukáš Répal, Property Manager of River Diamond. Real Estate Karlin Group completed River Diamond, the first high-end riverfront apartment building in Prague in December 2006. The complex offers 230 apartments as well as 1,870 sqm of commercial premises, totaling 23,900 sqm of space.
