Computer Generated Solutions and Freudenberg Romania have extended their lease contracts in Coresi Business Park for a 10-year term in a pair of deals totalling over 5,000 sqm. Computer Generated Solutions has occupied 4,000 sqm at Coresi Business Park for over seven years, where it employs over 1,200 people. Freudenberg Romania moved to Coresi Business Park in 2009 and currently occupies 1,000 sqm in which 60 employees work. The 25,000 sqm Coresi Business Park was developed on the former Tractorul industrial complex in Brasov. Other tenants include Raiffeisen Bank, IBM, Fresenius, Freudenberg, CGS and Waters.
