Two companies have extended their lease contracts at Europolis Park Budapest Aerozone, an industrial development now owned by CA Immo. One is described as an “international transportation company”, the other is MGCargo, a freight forwarding company, which will continue to occupy 2,000 sqm. MGCargo will now rent a 1,200 sqm space, roughly 600 sqm more than it did previously. Europolis Park is a 65,000 sqm park, which is 86 percent occupied. The park is locate next to the Liszt Ferenc International Airport.
