A private investor has bought two apartments in the historic tenement houses at Foksal 13/15 in the center of Warsaw.The PLN 17m transaction, the biggest on Poland’s luxury property market made by an individual, includes two luxury apartments, totaling 470 sqm. No further details have been released. Built in the late 19th century, the tenements are being revitalized by Ghelamco and will provide future tenants with a number of amenities, including a spa zone with a sauna and jacuzzi, fitness room and terraces overlooking the center of Warsaw. Foksal 13/15 will include 55 luxury apartments ranging in size from 47 sqm to 260 sqm. Completion is set for the second half of 2019.
