Two new leases totaling 10,341 sqm of warehouse space were signed at VGP Park Český Újezd. The deals were brokered by 108 Agency. FIA PRO TEAM, a company that produces professional painting equipment, took 3,000 sqm, while a leading logistics provider intends to establish its new distribution center at the park. One of the buildings was recently finished, and construction on the second is already underway. VGP Park Český Újezd is in close proximity to the recently completed D8 motorway, connecting Prague to Ústí nad Labem and Dresden.
