Lighthouse Services and Karlin Port Real Estate have joined the Association of Developers (Asociace developerů) in Prague, boasting membership to 27 companies. The number of developers in the association has doubled since it was established in 2015. Karlín Port Real Estate targets Karlín-Prague 8, building residential, office and hotel projects. Karlin Port completed Corso Karlín, River Diamond and Keystone. Lighthouse Services oversees a portfolio of 600,000 sqm, including office, retail and mixed-use projects in Prague. Residential is a small part of its portfolio, with the developer having only completed 800 units to date. The company has been active on the Czech market since 2000 and built Galerie Harfa and Harfa Office Park.
