Rotty Partner requested approval for the construction of a building with mixed functions, trade and services on the ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor and collective housing on the upper floors. The building, with an area of 2,833 sqm, is to be built on Aviatorilor Street, no. 52 from Oradea.
SC Daewoda Invest SRL requested approval for the construction of a collective housing building on Traian Moșoiu Street, no. 13, in Oradea. The developer is going to build 15 apartments and 15 parking spaces on the ground floor.
