Two New Senior Appointments at Palmer Capital

Palmer Capital, the fast-growing property investment company with €300 million under management in Central and Eastern Europe, has announced two new senior appointments at its Prague regional HQ.

Zbynek Laube joins Palmer Capital as Head of Asset and Development Management for Central and Eastern Europe. His responsibilities include overseeing the management of 350,000 square metres of offices, residential property and mixed-use space in the Czech and Slovak Republics, Bulgaria, Romania and Russia.

Mr Laube was previously Head of Development at Panattoni and prior to that Commercial Manager at the British developer SEGRO. He received a Degree from the Czech Technical University, where he is currently studying for a PhD.

Jaroslav Sedivka has been appointed Palmer Capital’s Banking and Finance Director for Central and Eastern Europe. He is responsible for managing financial relationships connected with existing property portfolios in the Czech and Slovak Republics, and will be involved with the financing of new Central European property funds planned by Palmer Capital.

Mr Sedivka worked for Ceska Sporitelna and then spent ten years at Aareal Bank in Prague, since 2008 as General Manager for the Czech and Slovak Republics and Romania. He received a Degree in Engineering from the University of Economics in Prague.
