Two prime plots of land on Emilii Plater street in central Warsaw, will soon change hands. Worth PLN 210m, the 11,000 sqm plots were put on the market last month. The city’s master plan envisions 30,000 sqm of useable space. Warsaw’s city hall has already issued a zoning permit for the Porta Varsovia project, comprising two 180-metres office buildings, as well as hotel space, totaling 52,000 sqm of useable space. The properties consist of the land plus two junior high schools with sports facilities. Both are under supervision of the city‘s conservation officer.
