Two Roads Development has agreed to join Feldman Equities to design, construct and oversee the sales of the Riverwalk Place condominiums in Tampa. Once completed, the 50-story mixed-use tower will be the tallest building on the west coast of Florida. Plans call for five waterfront restaurants, the development of 10 levels of office space, 33 floors of 200-plus luxury condominium homes. Smith & Associates of Tampa has been selected as the exclusive listing agent.
“The Riverwalk Place tower will become the centerpiece of the Tampa skyline and the hub of all this growing energy that is developing in downtown Tampa along the river,” said Taylor Collins, managing partner at Two Roads. “Tampa’s market is attracting interest from across the country, and demand is growing for ultra-high-rise towers downtown. We are thrilled to be partnering with Feldman Equities as our co-developer in the project.”
