Another hall at P3’s newly built industrial park in Myslinka near Pilsen, has found a new tenant. Auto parts company WM Logistic Nýřany, will use hall B as an expansion warehouse for its existing facilities in the region. As a result, all space from the first stage of the construction of P3 Pilsen Myslinka park is now occupied.
WM Logistic Nýřany becomes the third confirmed tenant in P3 Plzeň Myslinka. The company stores spare parts and tyres for cars and trucks at a nearby industrial park, and the business has outgrown its existing space.
Petra Kroupová, Managing Director of Logistické centrum Nýřany, said: “We were considering moving to a bigger site, but at the same time we didn’t want to leave our warehouse in an attractive location right by the D5. We therefore very much welcome the opportunity to expand our operations to Myslinka, where a brand new hall awaits us.“
Construction of Hall A started last autumn, and the car parts retailer will lease the entire new building totalling 7,144 m2, including storage space and office facilities. Tereza Hametová, development manager at P3 logistic Parks, Czech Republic, adds: “Although we started construction speculatively, we managed to incorporate a number of tailor-made requirements, such as a permit to store tyres and other necessary modifications of the leased space.”
Marek Kodr, agent of Industrial Consultant 108 Agency, said: “Warehouse space in the vicinity of Pilsen has been fully utilised for a long time. We are therefore very pleased that we were able to find a hall nearing completion in an extremely short time, which also gives us the opportunity to implement our client’s requirements according to its demanding operation. Thanks to careful planning and collaboration with the development team, we were able to prepare the hall for occupation, including all the changes needed by the client, in record time.”
Aleš Zacha, Head of Development at P3 Logistic Parks, Czech Republic, says: “The recently created capacity at the P3 Plzeň Myslinka park is now occupied, which proves the high demand for logistics and light manufacturing space.” Hall B, which was also part of the first stage of construction, was leased by ALLLOG Consulting and ICOM transport a.s.
P3 operates two industrial parks near Pilsen
P3 Plzeň park is located six kilometres from Myslinka, in Nýřany, which has been very popular with manufacturing companies and other businesses serving the automotive industry for several years. For logistics, the advantage of this park is not only the direct connection to the D5 motorway, but also the nearby railway terminal for container transport.
P3 is responding to high demand for the area by developing an industrial park near the village of Myslinka. A total of five halls with a total leasable area of almost 64,000 m2 are planned there. Units ranging from 3,500 m2 to 30,000 m2 will be available. In the first phase, two halls of 7,000 m2 and 9,600 m2 have already been built.
All halls meet the high standard of BREEAM “Excellent” certification for sustainability. Insulated bridges, high quality insulation and the use of LED lighting enable savings on energy costs, while the use of more sustainable building materials and planting of greenery which support local species, underline the site’s environmentally friendly credentials.
