UAB Merko būstas, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, broke ground on the second stage of its Fizikų residential project in Vilnius’ Bajorai district. The apartment building will feature 70 units, ranging from 32 to 75 sqm, as well as outside and underground parking facilities. Buyers will have the option to merge apartments should they wish to purchase a larger space. Apartments on the first and fifth floors will have outdoor terraces, while units on other floors will include spacious balconies. Prices will range between €1,300 and €1,800 per sqm. The building is set to be completed in Q1 2019.
