UBC 3 Timisoara has been awarded LEED Platinum certification. The project is the first office building outside of Bucharest to secure the highest LEED level. UBC 3 was officially opened in 2019 and is part of the Iulius Town Timișoara ensemble, the only mixed-use scheme in the region. The investment is valued at more than €442m and was developed by Iulius and Atterbury Europe.
