The American company Uber will open a logistical center in Bulgaria, according to information Economy Minister Bozhidar Lukarski. Speaking in an interview for Darik Radio, Kularski said InvestBulgaria Agency, the government investment promotion agency, had already certified the project.
However, Uber continues to be blocked from operating in Bulgaria, following a ruling last year by the Commission for Protection of Competition. Lukarski said that this didn’t prevent the company from building a logistics center in Bulgaria.
