UBM Development Czechia has successfully completed the Astrid Garden residential project in the Holešovice district of Prague, delivering 138 apartments and 2 commercial units. New owners are expected to move in by autumn 2024. Currently, 70 units are still available for sale, predominantly featuring layouts of 1+kk and 2+kk. The developer has prepared a fully furnished model apartment to showcase the high quality of the finishing standards. Designed by the globally renowned architectural firm Bogle Architects, the residential complex boasts a BREEAM ecological certification. Exclusive real estate agency Lexxus Norton is managing the sale of the units.
Astrid Garden offers apartments ranging from 1+kk to 4+kk, with living areas from 30 to 107 square meters, including two maisonettes with private entrances. Most units feature gardens, terraces or balconies, a cellar, and parking spaces in a two-story underground garage. Residents can benefit from amenities such as a bicycle room with bike wash, a workshop for residents, and a community room. Two retail units are located on the ground floor along U Průhonu Street. One unit has already been sold, while the second unit offers flexibility for use as a medical or dental practice, office space, bistro, or designer showroom.
The complex, characterized by its intimate low-rise buildings set in a tranquil courtyard and a restored early 20th-century structure, is distinguished by abundant greenery. In addition to private gardens and rooftop terraces, there is a lush enclosed courtyard for communal outdoor enjoyment. Apartments in the restored building feature practical room layouts with high ceilings and options for built-in installations. Units in the buildings along U Průhonu Street are equipped with heat recovery ventilation systems that reduce heating costs by recovering heat from extracted air.
“The project was completed smoothly and according to the planned schedule,” stated Alice Slámová, Marketing and Sales Director at UBM Development Czechia. “Astrid Garden exemplifies how modern architecture, high construction standards, and sustainable living can harmonize with comfort and aesthetic value. We believe that the new residents will enjoy living in the heart of the sought-after Holešovice residential quarter. We have also prepared a special offer for buyers, including a subsidized mortgage with an interest rate of 2.99% for the purchase of 1+kk and 2+kk apartments, which is currently very attractive for both investors and homebuyers.”
