The real estate division of UBS has completed the purchase of two buildings in Spain for €89m. UBS Asset Management’s Global Real Estate firm (GRE) acquired a 13,195 sqm office building and 417 parking spaces on Calle José Echegaray in Madrid. The property is fully leased to companies like Altamira Asset Management, Avantcard, Finanmadrid and Anekis. The second property, located in Barcelona, offers 11,219 sqm of office space and 1,000 sqm of storage space as well as 39 parking spots. Roca Junyent is headquartered there.
