UBS Global Real Estate announced the acquisition of the KölnCubus office building on behalf of a client from Switzerland. The property, located in Cologne’s Deutz District, was completed in the first quarter of 2014 by Development Partner. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. The building offers 11,400 sqm of office and warehouse space and is presently fully let. Major tenants include Media Broadcast, NTT Data, Seven Principles, and Regus. Development Partner plans to continue the project’s development with a phase to be called KölnCubus South.
