Münchner Grund Immobilien Bauträger, a subsidiary of UBM Development, is expanding its technical expertise by naming Udo Sauter as its new managing director of Münchner Grund. Sauter will be responsible for technical organization, planning and the implementation of residential and commercial projects. „With his technical know-how of build construction and lean management, he will complete our management,“ says Dr. Bertold Wild, chairman of Münchner Grund. Sauter previously worked in PORR-Konzern for 12 years, where he played a leading role in the expansion of its Berlin business.
