UGPG2 has leased 6,700 sqm of warehouse and office space at Prologis Park Łódź. The American packaging supplier was advised by Axi Immo during the lease process. The property is located in the eastern part of Łódź, in the Widzew district, 10 km from the city center. The distribution center offers 92,000 sqm of space in three buildings. High standard social-office units are available upon tenant’s request. The buildings are equipped with fire protection systems, smoke vents and CCTV security systems. Parking and wide truck courts are available on the premises.
