Ukranian company wins Hungarian electricity tender

MVM Partner Energy Trading, a subsidiary of the Hungarian Power Company, signed a framework contract with the largest privately owned energy company of Ukraine, DTEK. The amount Hungary ends up importing under the terms of the contract will be determined by the amount it needs and can be adjusted from month to month. Ukrainian exports of energy leaped 270 percent in from January to April last year. The new supplies come into effect during May, however, the price under the new contract has not been revealed.
