UKS Stamping, a subsidiary of Turkey’s Ucler Kelepce Group, is building its first factory in Romania in Pitești, where it will produce car parts and accessories. For this purpose the company has obtained an investment loan of EUR 10.7 million to support the development of its first plant in Romania.
UKS Stamping will inaugurate its first factory in Pitești on an area of 4,800 sqm, with a team of around 80 employees. In the Romanian plant, UKS Stamping will produce, among other things, car seats and body components.
UKS Stamping’s parent company, Ucler Kelepce, has two other factories in Turkey, in the city of Bursa, opened in 2008 and 2019, with a total of around 250 employees.
