Italian entrepreneur and cyclist Ulisse Gheduzzi enters the residential market with an investment of about EUR 18 million in a project consisting of 248 apartments, located on Drumul Gura Caliței in eastern Bucharest. The project will include a total of 248 apartments and will be developed on a plot of about 7,000 sqm.
“This is Interdraw’s first investment in the residential segment and is our largest project in development. The approval process is nearing completion and we intend to start work this year, ”said Ulisse Gheduzzi, owner of Interdraw.
