Buffalo, New York based Uncle Bob’s Self Storage has purchased a self storage facility in Jacksonville for $6.5 million. Located at 14130 Beach Boulevard, the 83,500 square foot storage site will become the ninth location for the company in Jacksonville. The seller, CubeSmart, bought the property for $1.4 million in 2008. Diane Piegza, vice president of investor relations at Uncle Bob’s Self Storage, said the new location is part of the company’s strategy to increase market share and grow its brand.
