The unemployment rate in Croatia fell to 10.9 percent in the third quarter of 2016 from 15.4 percent in the same period the previous year, according to the National Bureau of Statistics (DZS).
The Q3 unemployment rate was 1.9 percentage points lower than in the second quarter of 2016, when it stood at 12.8 percent. The number of registered unemployed people fell by 95,000 y-o-y to 202,000 in Q3 2016.
