Unibep has entered into an agreement with Okam Academicus for the general contracting of the second stage of a residential development on Redutowa Street in Warsaw, the company said. The two buildings, ranging in height from 5 to 9 storeys above ground, will contain a total of 416 residential units, 1 commercial unit and 543 underground parking spaces. Unibep’s remuneration for the completion of the project is approximately PLN 174 million net.
The estate will comprise a complex of residential multi-family buildings with services, underground garages, and land development. Two buildings six to nine storeys high will comprise a total of 333 residential premises, 2 commercial premises, and 400 parking spaces in the underground garage.
CITYFLOW is a unique investment with its numerous ecological solutions that support environmental protection and will certainly improve the quality of life of residents. The construction will feature green areas and activity zones for residents, including a vegetable garden, a resident’s club, an amphitheatre, an area for relaxation, and also an area for pets. In total, approx. 40% (ca. 1.5 ha) of the whole plot will be a biologically active surface. The investment will be also surrounded by neighbouring parks on its side.

This is an another investment implemented by the General Contractor, i.e. Unibep, on behalf of companies from OKAM CAPITAL Group. In recent years, as a result of cooperation between the companies, we developed the housing estate in Szwedzka Street in Warsaw, Vista Mokotów housing estate, and InCity.
