The Polish builder Unibep landed a PLN 110.8m contract for the housing project Zielony Å»oliborz. But thatās not the only good news for the company. āBy the end of the month, we have a chance to sign two more contracts, in Norway,ā said Jan MikoÅuszko, Unibepās chairman. āWe are also negotiating new contracts in Belarus. All of them could total PLN 100m.ā MikoÅuszko also revealed his company is in the running on a number of other projects as well but declined to disclose further details. The company is currently waiting for a final decision on a contract for a sports hall in Gliwice. Unibepās offer was for PLN 306m.
