YIT Development has tapped Unibep to build the second phase of its Nordic Sadyba residential scheme in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. This next phase will include 281 apartments, ranging in size from studios to five rooms. Prices will start at PLN 360,000 and go up to PLN 1.2m. Completion is scheduled for 2022. YIT is Finland’s leading developer, operating in 11 countries, including Russia, Scandinavia, the Baltic states, the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia. The company has been operating in Warsaw for more than three years.
