The Polish Real Estate Holding (PHN) named Unibep general contractor for its Domaniewska Office Hub in Warsaw. The contract is worth PLN 107m.
The Domaniewska Office Hub is set to go up in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The seven-story office building will provide 27,000 sqm of lettable space as well as an underground parking garage for 394 vehicles. Construction should be completed by the third quarter of 2015. PHN is currently in the process of obtaining BREEAM “Very Good” certification for the project. Juvenes-Projekt and DDJM Biuro Architektoniczne provided the design. ARCADIS/EC Harris will manage the project, while Cushman & Wakefield is in charge of leasing.
