UNICEF set up a 6,100 sqm global services center at the Centrál Udvar office complex in Budapest. The recently refurbished property, owned by SEB Investment GmBH, offers 15,000 sqm on eight floors. The UNICEF shared services center will be responsible for a range of administrative services, including payments and invoice processing, payroll and various human resources functions. It will also house an IT helpdesk. Cushman & Wakefield brokered the deal.
