UniCredit Bank will co-finance Orco Property Group’s residential project V Mezihoří. The developer has already sold 40 percent of the units, meeting the bank’s pre-sale criteria. “Of the project’s 138 apartments, 60 have been taken,” said Jaroslav Žižka, Orco’s sales manager.
Construction on the project, located near the Palmovka metro station, started in April. Completion is scheduled for next autumn. The developer is preparing a show flat on the top floor that will open next summer. Petr Vágner and Tereza Tejkalová of AI-Design studio are in charge of the 105 sqm apartment’s interior design. The show apartment will also have a 100 sqm terrace. The rest of the flats in Mezihoří range from one-room units over 30 sqm to four-room apartments over 92 sqm.
