UniCredit move to leave 4,000 sqm vacant at CdG Plaza

In less than two months, UniCredit Tiriac Bank will be moving from its current headquarters at the Charles de Gaulle Plaza building, located near the subway station Aviatorilor. Its new office building is located on on Exposition Boulevard. The move will leave nearly 4,000 sqm of offices vacant at Charles de Gaulle Plaza, or about 10 percent of the built area of the building. UniCredit the second and third floors of the building, along with half of the first floor, in August, according to real estate sources.

With Bucharest’s office market suffering from nearly 15% vacancy, it will be instructive to see just how long the space at Charles de Gaulle takes to re-lease writes Wall Street.
