A subsidiary of Unidevelopment from the Unibep Group purchased a property in Warsaw in the Praga-Południe district for PLN 46.7 million net, i.e. approx. PLN 57.4 million gross, Unibep reported.
The subject of the contract is the acquisition of the right of perpetual usufruct of land with an area of approx. 0.87 ha together with the ownership of buildings, structures and equipment situated there […] The implementation of the above-mentioned investment will commence in the third quarter of 2024.
Unidevelopment is a developer with several years of experience. It has an established position on the housing market in Warsaw, Poznań and Radom. The company is a member of the Polish Association of Developers. It belongs to the Unibep Group listed on the WSE.
