Union Investment has acquired a logistics center, going up in Kamp-Lintfort, close to Duisburg. The property is fully leased to Berlin-based Chal-Tec. The seller and developer is the company Habacker Holding. The logistics center will offer 87,500 sqm of space, including 49,500 sqm of hall space, 7,700 sqm of mezzanine space and 700 sqm of office space. The property, which will be managed by Habacker Engineering, is being constructed on the former Zeche Friedrich Heinrich plot.
