Union Investment’s German institutional fund has acquired an office building at Checkpoint Charlie in Berlin from an American investment company represented by Atos Asset Management. Angermann advised Union Investment. The amount of the deal was not disclosed. The property offers 7,000 sqm of office space which is fully leased to the Ergo insurance group. The lease agreement expires next year.
