Union Investment Real Estate has acquired the Century building in Stuttgart’s city center from Bulow AG. The price was not disclosed. The 7,400 sqm building recently underwent an expansion and renovation. It offers 3,300 sqm of retail space and 1,500 sqm of office and storage space. Berenberg Bank, Tialini GmbH & Co. and Schonbuch-Brau are among the tenants of this fully-leased building.
