Union Investment has signed the ten-year lease deal for its office building Theo 106 in Frankfurt. The 7-storey building at Theodor-Heuss-Allee 106 in City West offers approximately 10,600 square meters of office space and 135 underground parking spaces. Theo 106 was designed in 2002 by Jo. Franzke Architekte. „Theo 106 is a first class building and it was only a matter of time to reach full occupancy again,” said Volker Noack, Member of Union Investment Real Estate GmbH, Hamburg. BNP Paribas Real Estate acted as the advisor of the acquisition.
