Union Investment sold an office property in Stuttgart to Conren Land. The purchase price was not disclosed. The office building was sold on behalf of UII German M fund. The property, located at Nordbahnhofstrasse 147, offers approximately 6,700 sqm of leasable space. Colliers International acted as an advisor. Union Investment acquired the five-story scheme as a project development in 1984. The company completed the building in 1987. The main tenant is DAA Deutsche Angestellten-Akademie, an institute for continuing education.
