Uniqa Real Estate Management, the real estate manager of the Austrian insurer Uniqa, has entered the final stage of acquiring the first office building developed by River Development within the The Light project in the Politehnica area of Bucharest, according to real estate market sources.
The first building of The Light complex was put on the market by River Development in 2019 at a price of EUR 54.1 million. The building has an occupancy rate of over 90 percent and tenants such as Regina Maria, ON Semiconductor, Comdata, Manpower Group, Sweat Concept, Vego Holding or Banca Transilvania.
Representatives of the two companies have not yet commented on information related to the transaction.
