The duo of Watercrest Senior Living Group and United Properties is set to kick off construction of Watercrest Sarasota Senior Living Community. Totaling 198 units, the facility will include 72 independent living units and and 30 memory care apartments. The scheme is slated for completion in the summer of 2020. Watercrest has multiple senior living communities in development across the Southeast. “As one of the nation’s most desirable places to live, Sarasota provides the idyllic setting for our signature Watercrest senior living community,” said Watercrest Senior Living Group principal and CEO Marc Vorkapich.
