Units in Regent Pool Club Residences’ Baia building in Porto Montenegro have been put on the market. Construction of Baia should break ground in September. The building will offer 70 suites. Prices will range from €200,000 for a studio to €3.2m for the exclusive penthouse. Completion is set for May 2019. The first phase of Regent Pool Club Residences, Aqua, was completed earlier this month at a cost of €37m. Aqua includes 62 luxury apartments, ranging between 74 and 344 sqm, which will be part of the nearby Hotel Regent Porto Montenegro. The London architecture studio WATG designed Regent Pool Club Residences. A BMW store is set to opened in Aqua building in the coming days.
