Unity has leased 1,900 sqm of office space at Silver Forum in Wrocław. Kensington Silver Forum, the owner of the building, was represented by Multi Poland and Cushman & Wakefield, while the IT provider was represented by Nuvalu Polska. Silver Forum is a modern class A office and service building located in the vicinity of Strzegomski Square, in Old Town Wrocław. The investment offers 15,000 sqm of office space. Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive commercialization agent for the building.
