Uniuris has started work on Letňany Business Park near the exhibition area in Prague 9 Letňany. The development involves the revitalization of a 6.5 ha brownfield site into 26,000 sqm of storage, office and retail space. The project will be divided into small flexible units, designed for local businesses who want modern facilities at a reasonable cost. The project has been 50 percent pre-leased to companies such as Avis Color, Safemed medical services and AGC Automotive Replacement Glass Czech. The first building will offer 2,800 sqm of space and is scheduled to open in the autumn.
“As the only project in Letňany currently under construction, this development offers small, modern units for lease,” says Laurent Jechoux from Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Letting Team that leases the premises. The area has very good access from the metro C line as well as the D8 motorway to Dresden.
