Unsold units at Upground now for rent

At a time when many residential projects are fighting insolvency, the Upground complex developed by Greek businessman Ioannis Papalekas, continues to bring income. He changed the strategy of the project in in 2011, and focused on renting out his unsold apartments.
Apartments with two rooms in the complex start at €500 month (plus utilities and service charges).
Upground Residence, located near the subway station Pipera, comprises 571 apartments, of which about half were sold. For an apartment with two rooms, prices start at €147,000 plus VAT, and for the three rooms, from €186,000 plus VAT.
