UPC has agreed to a 6,000 sqm lease at Haller Gardens, an office building in Budapest owned by Immofinanz Group. The multimedia provider will move into its new headquarters in July 2015 under a contract that’s been signed for ten years. Immofinanz announced also that it had extended multi-year leases covering around 7,800 sqm of office space in two other office buildings it owns in Budapest. The governmental tenant currently occupying 4,000 sqm at Globe 13 while another agency has prolonged its 3,800 sqm lease at Immofinanz’s Atrium Park. In all, since the beginning of its 2014/15 financial year, Immofinanz Group reports that it has leased around 40,000 sqm of office space (one-quarter of its total in the country) in the city.
