UPC, a leading international cable company is about to launch a new service in Hungary on Tuesday, but itβs keeping quiet about what service will be. According to expectations and unconfirmed reports, the company, which is operating in 13 countries, is about to start mobile services. It is unclear yet, however, whether UPC will enter the mobile market as a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) similar to Tesco, or will sell the services of an already existing carrier under its own new brand name.
