UPC Romania signed a lease agreement on 6,000 sqm of office space at The Bridge 2, which is currently under construction in Bucharest’s Orhideea neighborhood. The developer is Forte Partners. UPC is planning to relocate its offices at Sema Park and Sos. Nordului to The Bridge 2. The UPC deal is the first contract signed for the second phase of project. The building will be ready in the fourth quarter of this year.
